Area Rare Cardiac Specialist (ARC), Rare Cardiac - Boston, MA

Pfizer seeks a field-based specialty sales professional to drive growth of rare cardiac products through strategic engagement with cardiologists and healthcare providers. The role combines product expertise, relationship building, and compliance-focused sales execution across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and sales performance through in-person interactions at rare cardiac accounts
• Build and maintain compliant relationships with cardiology providers, multidisciplinary teams, and office staff
• Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging aligned with rare cardiac product use
• Support patient access by navigating prior authorization, reimbursement resources, and co-pay assistance programs
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and advance business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or associate's degree with 8+ years work experience, or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record; no DUI/DWI within past 7 years
• Permanent work authorization in the United States
• Specialty sales experience in cardiology or hospital settings (preferred)
• Knowledge of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement (preferred)
• Proficiency with digital engagement tools and data-driven decision making (preferred)
