Area Rare Cardiac Specialist (ARC), Rare Cardiac - Knoxville, TN

Pfizer seeks a field-based specialty sales professional for its Rare Cardiac division in Knoxville, Tennessee. The role involves building relationships with cardiologists and healthcare systems, delivering disease and product education, and supporting patient access to rare cardiac therapies through compliant, strategic engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and sales performance through in-person interactions across assigned rare cardiac accounts
• Build compliant relationships with cardiologists, multidisciplinary care teams, and office staff
• Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging for appropriate rare cardiac product use
• Identify opportunities and support patient finding, referral pathways, and access barriers removal
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and advance business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or associate's with 8+ years experience, or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare provider experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record compliant with company standards
• Preferred: 3-5 years specialty sales experience in cardiology or hospital settings
• Understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement
• Experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence healthcare accounts
• Digital engagement capability with platforms such as Veeva Engage or Zoom

Compensation: $108,600 - $250,700 base salary, plus sales incentive bonus
