Sr. Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking This role is part of the Commercial Banking team that serves businesses with annual revenue between $50MM and $500MM. The objective is to earn the title of trusted advisor and help these companies grow by providing a suite of products and services. Responsibilities Increase the bank’s profitability by cultivating new commercial relationships and expanding/retaining existing ones. Build and manage a commercial loan portfolio through prospecting for new Commercial & Industrial business. Utilize credit acumen and knowledge of non‑credit products (treasury management, virtual card, trust, etc.) to qualify clients for bank products and services. Collaborate with clients to understand their business and financial needs, and lead team members to identify additional products and services that will benefit the client. Analyze each business to qualify clients and support underwriting and bank operations. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years sales experience, including at least 2 years in Commercial Bank Sales. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Demonstrated knowledge of credit, bank products, services, underwriting and bank operations. Curiosity about how companies operate and what drives their success in their industries. Resilient, agile, accountable, and driven mindset. Compensation US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York: $120,750 – $189,000 annually. US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin: $110,250 – $173,030 annually.
