Registered Nurse – Tele Neuro, Austell, GA, US. This travel, temporary assignment begins 08/31/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,624 to $1,718 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct, RN-level care to adult patients in the Tele Neuro unit, with focus on neurovascular telemetry monitoring
- Perform accurate neurological assessments and ongoing patient observation; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor for adverse effects, and ensure safe delivery of therapies
- Maintain telemetry monitoring, interpret data as part of the interdisciplinary care team, and report findings to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to coordinate care plans and discharge planning
- Document all aspects of patient care, ensure compliance with nursing standards and patient safety policies

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
- Experience in acute care, telemetry, or neurovascular units preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced neurovascular telemetry environment
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical documentation skills
