HR Representative - Generalist

Our Human Resources team is focused on delivering efficient, compliant, and employee-centered support across the organization. We partner closely with operational and clinical leaders to support workforce stability, enhance the employee experience, and ensure HR processes are executed with consistency and excellence. The HR Representative II serves as a key administrator for core human resources functions and workforce management activities. This role supports recruiting coordination, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, leave and attendance tracking, employee engagement, and HR systems and records management.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring HR operations run smoothly while maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies. The HR Representative II partners with leaders and employees to address HR-related needs, resolve issues, and improve processes that enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for HR-related questions and support for employees and leaders
• Coordinate and administer key HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
• Support recruiting activities, including interview coordination and candidate communication
• Assist with employee relations matters by providing guidance and escalating issues as appropriate
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
• Track and support leave of absence, attendance, and other workforce management processes
• Partner with HR team members and business leaders to support day-to-day operational needs
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience
• Support audits, reporting, and compliance-related activities

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
