Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities include:

• Handling incoming internet leads, email leads, and phone inquiries
• Working with internet leads to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
• Directing customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Delivering inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Providing a professional and positive first impression for customers contacting the dealership

Requirements include:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
