Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Minimum 2 days onsite per week)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Application Services team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, self-motivated professional with strong analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills.

The Business Analyst will conduct business process analysis, gather and document requirements, support process re-engineering, and facilitate application testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.

The successful candidate must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects, including application upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements.

• Conduct business process analyses and needs assessments to align IT solutions with business objectives.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, use cases, and test scripts using industry-standard practices.

• Support process re-engineering initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Collaborate with programmers and technical teams to understand user needs and translate them into functional requirements.

• Assist in adapting user procedures to align with final application designs.

• Organize and facilitate application testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Ensure that application functionality meets business requirements and user expectations.

• Provide second- and third-level support for production incidents across multiple applications.

• Coordinate troubleshooting activities with internal teams and external vendors.

• Track and resolve reported issues through closure.

• Support application upgrades, maintenance, enhancements, and other IT initiatives.

• Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Use department-specific and organization-wide software to complete assignments.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other team members throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Minimum of 4 years of Business Analyst experience.

• Experience conducting business process analysis and needs assessments.

• Strong skills in gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and test scripts.

• Experience with process re-engineering and business process improvement.

• Strong understanding of IT concepts and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Experience coordinating application testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Ability to support production incidents and facilitate troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-starter with a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
