Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for diverse groups, including individuals, families, and couples, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and security in client communication.

• Actively participate in professional development opportunities, such as workshops and training sessions, to stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving diverse populations that include adults, children, and families experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide variety of clientele.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies to document client interactions efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and USD 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
