Logistics Coordinator

Our client in Sharon Hill is seeking a Logistics Coordinator !
Details for Logistics Coordinator:- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11am-630pm
- Pay rate: $20/HR
- Healthcare benefits after 30 days!
- Paid weekly
- Enter shipment data into computer system to generate required documents and labels, apply rates and charges, arrange export clearance through U.S. Customs
- Track shipments with carriers from origin to destination
- Arrange pick-up of shipments from customer or vendor
- Arrange flights with airlines for customer shipments, provide flight information and shipment details to customers
- Print documents for shipments, then assemble and distribute as required for export
- Print and apply cargo labels to shipments
- Create invoices for customer shipments
- Provide service and support to customers and overseas offices regarding status, transit, or irregularities of shipments
- Minimum of 2 years within an office/customer service setting
- Data entry experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
