Engagement Manager, Commercial Strategy

Serve as the main client point of contact for project engagements and internal team lead Liaise with leadership and project teams to ensure strategically sound, actionable recommendations and answers to client business questions Generate and present client-ready research materials, interim deliverables, and final project reports Train and mentor junior staff on project case teams and as a reporting manager Support business development by creating project proposals, including methodology, timelines, and budgets Coordinate project staffing to meet team needs and support direct reports’ project interests and goals Serve as primary point of client contact for ongoing activities Create and manage client proposals and presentations Requirements Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in quantitative, or health sciences disciplines, or related fields Minimum of 5+ years of experience in consulting or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Core Competencies Demonstrates strong client engagement and project management capabilities, with expertise in generating client-ready materials and mentoring junior staff.
