Most recently, Rad AI was named to CNBC’s Disruptor 50 list. Why This Role Matters As a Recruiter at Rad AI, you will build and maintain a high‑performing, mission‑driven team. You join a small group of full‑cycle recruiters supporting hiring across all functions—implementations, support, customer success, product management and engineering. You will identify and engage the right people who will shape the future of healthcare AI, driving recruitment efforts and cultivating an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative culture where talent thrives. As we grow, our recruiting team is critical in attracting and retaining the exceptional talent we need to achieve our ambitious goals. You will play a key role in shaping Rad AI’s future by recruiting across various functions—from engineering and product to operations and customer success. What You’ll Do Source and recruit for a variety of roles across different functions, leveraging strong sourcing skill set, including engineering, product, customer success, operations and more. Partner with hiring managers to understand the unique needs of each department and develop effective recruiting strategies. Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews, and extending offers. Ensure a smooth and exceptional candidate experience by guiding candidates through every step of the hiring process. Drive local recruiting presence, engaging with local markets, events and networks to build pipeline across all roles. Promote Rad AI’s employer brand to attract top‑tier talent who align with our values of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Track and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve the recruiting strategy and operations. Ensure our hiring practices reflect our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Collaborate with People Team and company leadership to improve operational processes and ensure a seamless hiring process for new hires. Work onsite in our growing San Francisco office and help build the office as an early hire in our new location. What You Bring 4+ years of recruiting experience across a wide range of functions, with multiple runs at tech startups. Proven success in hiring for a variety of roles, from technical to non‑technical positions. Strong understanding of the entire recruiting lifecycle, with a focus on sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing and offer negotiation. Experience with the Ashby applicant tracking system and a strong commitment to data integrity and building scalable processes. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Ability to prioritize and move quickly, managing multiple openings and stakeholders at once without compromising quality. A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the process. Ability to maintain strong data integrity and report on key recruiting metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Must have and maintain U.S. work authorization.
