About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Program Officer (CPO) to join their executive team. The CPO will be a key leader in the strategic planning, design, delivery, and measurement of community programs and services, with a strong focus on achieving the organization's social impact goals. This senior executive will be responsible for translating the company's vision into actionable and scalable programs, leading a team of program directors and managers, and ensuring that all initiatives are data-driven and effective. The role also involves budget oversight, collaboration with executive leadership, and a commitment to the holistic and innovative approach that the company is known for. Candidates for the CPO position at the company should have a Master's degree (preferred) or a Bachelor's degree (required), a valid PA driver's license, and at least 10 years of management and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in behavioral health oversight, experience with contracts, budgets, and highly regulated programming, and proficiency in data-driven decision-making tools. The role requires a commitment to the mission of the organization, the ability to work with diverse partners, and a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
