Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) About the Company Prominent provider of specialized rehabilitation services Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide executive oversight of all nursing and respiratory therapy operations in a 40-bed inpatient rehab hospital. The CNO will be responsible for leading, developing, and supporting a leadership team of nine direct reports, including Nurse Managers, Nurse Supervisors, an Educator, and Infection Prevention. This role involves close partnership with medical staff and executive leadership to ensure the delivery of quality, safety, and patient-centered care, as well as compliance with various healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will have an active RN license with a BSN, a Master's degree, and a CRRN or the willingness to obtain one. A minimum of 5 years of hospital experience, with at least 2 years in nursing leadership, is required, along with a proven track record in staffing models, budgeting, and 24/7 nursing accountability.
