I’ve been affiliated with State Farm since 1985 and have proudly served as an agent since 2000. As a second-generation agent, this business is something I truly value, and I bring decades of experience and commitment to both my customers and team.

I’m a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor of Science degree. Our office is also dog-friendly, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment for both team members and visitors.

As an account associate for Ray Haynes State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
