Position Overview

We're hiring a Warehouse Clerk to support the daily administrative and inventory needs of a busy grocery distribution operation. This position combines computer and clerical work with time spent on the warehouse floor.

You'll help keep information accurate, support daily warehouse activities, and communicate with the site team to keep operations organized and running smoothly.

Because this is a production-based operation, weekly earnings can vary based on productivity and the work completed.

What You'll Do

• Enter and update daily warehouse information in company systems
• Maintain accurate records related to inventory, shipments, and site activity
• Assist with inventory tracking and documentation
• Prepare paperwork and materials for shipments and internal communication
• Receive, organize, and distribute incoming documentation
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other computer systems for daily tasks
• Communicate with warehouse employees and site leadership regarding operational information
• Help maintain organized files and office areas
• Walk the warehouse floor as needed to verify information and support daily operations
• Assist with additional administrative or warehouse tasks based on site needs

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to organize multiple tasks and prioritize changing needs
• Comfortable working independently while also communicating with a team
• Previous clerical, administrative, inventory, or warehouse experience is helpful
• Reliable attendance and flexibility with a schedule that may vary based on operational needs

Work Environment

This role is split between an office setting and an active grocery warehouse. You'll spend portions of the shift sitting or standing at a workstation and other portions walking throughout the warehouse.

The warehouse environment may include concrete floors, varying temperatures, moving equipment, and regular activity around freight and warehouse employees.
