About the Role
The Company is seeking a President for its self-storage portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the profitability, asset value, and growth of the portfolio, with a focus on leading a team to meet and exceed financial targets. The President will be accountable for key performance indicators such as growing NOI, delivering same-store revenue growth, and sustaining occupancy levels. Strategic leadership, P&L ownership, and a strong background in self-storage, including direct experience overseeing a significant number of facilities, are essential. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' of experience in self-storage.
