CT Technologist - Night Shifts

This position involves night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, working a 3x12 hour schedule.

The CT Technologist will perform imaging procedures in a Level II Trauma Center with a focus on quality patient care. The role requires proficiency in a variety of CT procedures, ensuring accurate diagnostics while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT scans of various body parts with and without contrast.
• Administer contrast media and prepare patients for procedures.
• Maintain all equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, especially regarding Radiation Safety.
• Document procedures using the Epic charting system.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist, with 5 years preferred.
• ARRT CT and ARRT R certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic electronic medical record system.
• Community hospital experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a Level II Trauma Center is required.
