Social Media Content Specialist

Our client is seeking a dedicated Social Media Content Specialist to join their innovative team. As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will be an integral part of the marketing department supporting the social media strategy team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, adaptability, and a passion for engaging digital content, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform social listening across channels to identify relevant trends and opportunities for content that enhances brand engagement and relevance.

• Develop and pitch innovative creative ideas for static and video content tailored for TikTok and Instagram, aligning with brand strategy.

• Design, produce, edit, and write compelling social media content, including adapting content for paid media campaigns when necessary.

• Serve as on-camera talent, bringing energy and authenticity to each piece of content to connect with audiences.

• Analyze content performance metrics and implement continuous optimization strategies to grow engagement, reach, and followers.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in content creation and/or social media management for brands or organizations.

• Strong skills in content creation that reflect brand voice and strategy, with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, and social media platforms.

• Exceptional understanding of Instagram and TikTok, including current trends and formats in short-form content.

• Ability to synthesize data insights to inform creative content and identify new opportunities.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
