Looking for a rewarding way to spend your afternoons? The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking team-oriented individuals to support our after-school programs across the Richmond City Region.

Position: School Age Child Care Program Assistant

Locations: Cardinal Elementary, Fox Elementary, Francis Elementary, Holton Elementary and Mary Munford Elementary, the Northside Family YMCA and Redd Elementary

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 2:00pm-6:15pm

Salary Range: $13-$14 per hour

Your Role on the Team:

Partner with program staff to keep activities running smoothly and on schedule
Assist with group management, transitions, and daily routines
Set up and clean up activity spaces, snacks, and materials
Offer encouragement and support to children as they participate in games and projects
Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all participants
