Opportunity:


RN - ICU


Job Details:


• 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 48 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Contract is eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours - can be low censused in hour increments as needed
• Float between Neuro Critical Care ICU and MSICU units with possible float to other critical care units and inpatient units as needed
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with 1 travel assignment preferred
• Med/Surg ICU and/or Neuro ICU background with strong Neuro assessment skills required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Care for Neuro population including Stroke, TBI, head injury, and Neurosurgery patients
• Perform Neuro assessments and basic bedside ICU procedures including line placement and intubation
• Familiarity with EVDs and ICP monitoring required
• Experience as Neuro Interventionalist a plus
• Must be a hard worker, resilient, able to manage change, work independently, and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Associate Degree or Certificate required
• Required certifications: WI RN License, BLS (AHA or ARC), ACLS (AHA or ARC), and NIHSS
• Scrub colors: Any color

This facility is a well-established hospital offering comprehensive acute care services, including a specialized Neuro Critical Care ICU and a Medical/Surgical ICU. The facility features an 8-bed Neuro unit dedicated to caring for complex neurological patients and is equipped to support advanced procedures including bolt and drain bedside placements performed alongside Neurosurgery. The organization is committed to high-quality critical care and continues to expand its capabilities to include Neuro interventional patient care.
