About the Role:
Safe Splash Swim School in Montgomery Village, MD is looking for a friendly and energetic Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our school! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate team dedicated to teaching water safety and swimming skills to students of all ages. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in students, parents, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about swim lessons and programs
• Process enrollments, schedule swim lessons, and manage class rosters
• Handle customer payments, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Support swim school staff with administrative tasks and daily operations as needed

Requirements:

• Previous customer service, front desk, or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable working with scheduling software, point-of-sale systems, and basic computer programs
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, customer-facing environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Enthusiasm for working with children and families is a must
• Sales experience required
• Must speak Spanish
