Sr Project Manager MEP - Facilities

What matters most is how we work together to build excellence. Responsibilities Manages a team of Project Managers. Responsible for quality projects being built on time and within budget. Ensure scope changes are processed and incorporated into the current scope of work in a timely manner. Reviews various reports to determine project status and determine actions required. Provides periodic status and end‑of‑contract cost and budget analysis. Conducts weekly meetings with the Field Leadership team. Consistently meets with the customer to manage the priority of tool installations within the schedule. Continually maintains the Project Status Log. Communicates all project issues to the appropriate level of management in a timely manner. Assembles the estimate for the project and reviews the final estimate to ensure the proper loading of those numbers into the project cost system. Prepares and submits monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow during contract performance. Monthly billings will capture monthly progress as well as remeasured tool values under a Unit Price MEI contract. Manages conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades or Partners. Identifies and develops policies and procedures for continuous aggressive improvement. Assembles estimates for projects. Visits job sites or onsite offices, performs work inspections, checks job progress, and resolves project and contract issues. Qualifications High School or GED is required. Extensive experience in managing MEP Subcontractors at a Facilities Manager level. Well networked within the MEP industry. Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or related field is preferred. 15+ years proven management experience with large building projects in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing environment. Proven experience as Facilities Sr. Manager or relevant position. Industrial plant and process operations. Manufacturing facility experience. Higher Education experience is a plus. Well‑versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
