Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Weekend coverage required either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.
