Job Title: Critical Care Float Registered Nurse

Location: Newport News, VA

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 2097.88 - 2202.77

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00 (Night, D/N, Rotating)

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: 2 years experience required

Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care nursing in ICU units including SICU, MICU, CCU, and OICU.
• Care for patients with traumatic injuries, surgical complications, neurological conditions, and post-cardiac procedures.
• Monitor critically ill patients with exacerbated medical comorbidities and oncology patients requiring intensive care.
• Administer treatments for patients with DKA, alcohol withdrawal, and other critical conditions.
• Work flexible scheduling including every other weekend and possible holiday shifts.
