If you're passionate about business law and want to grow your career with a dynamic, forward-thinking law firm, this is your opportunity!Key responsibilities include: supporting the commercial litigation team through all phases of legal proceedings, from initial filings to trial; assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents for commercial transactions and business formations; conducting thorough legal research, analysis, and writing on various commercial matters; working closely with clients to provide clear and practical legal advice, ensuring excellent client service and retention; collaborating with team members on business development initiatives to grow client accounts; and helping prepare legal strategies and advise clients on compliance and governance issues.What we're looking for includes a Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school, admission to the Florida Bar (must be a member in good standing), experience in commercial transactions or commercial litigation is preferred, strong legal writing, research, and communication skills, a team-oriented attitude with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, a keen interest in commercial litigation, transactions, and corporate advisory, and the ability to learn and use legal automation tools for case management and document drafting.Why join Kelley Kronenberg?
