Customer Success Coordinator

About the Position

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Coordinator to support customers throughout their relationship with our company.

You’ll serve as a consistent point of contact for customers, helping with onboarding, answering questions, coordinating account needs, and ensuring they receive timely and effective support. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, organize customer information, and maintain a positive experience from initial setup through ongoing service.

What You’ll Do

• Support customers throughout onboarding and ongoing account activity
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions and requests
• Guide new customers through setup, activation, and available services
• Learn individual customer needs, goals, and preferences
• Provide clear information about products, services, features, and account options
• Conduct customer follow-ups and check-ins
• Help resolve routine customer concerns and coordinate more complex requests with internal teams
• Maintain accurate customer profiles, account notes, and interaction history
• Update customer information and activity within CRM systems
• Monitor open requests and ensure appropriate follow-through
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams on account needs
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant insights internally
• Identify customers who may need additional assistance or information
• Help maintain consistent communication throughout the customer lifecycle
• Support initiatives designed to improve customer satisfaction and retention

Previous experience in customer success, account management, client services, customer service, sales support, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is helpful but not required.
