Sparkling Image Car Wash is Now Hiring!

Sparkling Image is one of the largest car wash and oil change companies in the nation operating in 7 states. We are looking to add a Car Wash Location Manager for full-service car wash / detail and oil and lube center located in Colleyville, TX area. This key position will manage the overall operation of our Car Wash and Quick Lube facility.

Job Responsibilities are as follows:

• Safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers
• Oversee and manage daily operation of the location with profit and loss responsibility
• Responsible for overall store safety, employee orientation, performance management, training, developing, scheduling, and inventory

We are looking for candidates who:

• Desire to manage a mixed business activity in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Exercise hands on leadership and setting the example
• Have a strong desire to drive revenue through customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and increased business.
• Desire to learn and develop.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-year management experience.
• Car Wash, automotive or other related experience a plus.
• Experience managing a group of 12-15 plus employees
• Experience in a position that dealt with customer’s face to face
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Strong work ethic and motivation
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
• A valid state driver’s license
