We are growing and looking for a motivated individual who can deliver direct care services to clients and help recruit new caregivers to join our mission of care. Position Overview: The Direct Care Worker / Recruiter plays a dual role — working hands-on with clients in their homes and actively recruiting direct care staff for our agency. You will ensure clients receive excellent care while also helping build our caregiving team by sourcing and onboarding compassionate professionals. Responsibilities: As a Direct Care Worker: Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting) Provide light housekeeping (laundry, meals, cleaning) Help clients with mobility and medication reminders Maintain accurate documentation of visits and observations Report any changes in health or behavior to your supervisor As a Recruiter: Post job ads, screen applicants, and schedule interviews Attend job fairs and community events to promote job opportunities Help onboard new hires (background checks, paperwork, orientation) Maintain a database of qualified candidates Work with HR to meet hiring goals and scheduling needs Requirements: High school diploma or GED 1+ year experience in home care or caregiving Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus Excellent communication and people skills Reliable transportation Able to pass background checks and health screenings CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain) What We Offer: Weekly pay Bonuses for successful caregiver hires Flexible scheduling career advancement opportunities Supportive work environment Ready to Join a Team That Feels Like Family?
