Project Manager

Overview Role: Project Manager - commercial construction Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role will serve as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and design teams while managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong construction management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Project Management: Manage day-to-day construction operations across multiple projects from planning to closeout Scheduling: Develop, update, and maintain project schedules and ensure timely execution Budget & Financial Control: Manage project budgets, cost tracking, financial reporting, and cost-to-complete analysis Subcontractor Management: Prepare, issue, and manage subcontract agreements and scopes of work Client & Consultant Coordination: Act as primary liaison for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Meetings & Reporting: Lead OAC meetings, internal project reviews, and progress reporting Contract Management: Review prime contracts, insurance requirements, and project documentation compliance Change Management: Handle change orders, value engineering, and allowance reconciliation Quality & Safety: Ensure QA/QC standards and safety protocols are enforced on all job sites Risk Management: Identify project risks and support contract negotiations and decision-making Team Leadership: Mentor and support project team members and foster high-performance collaboration Required Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction or construction management experience Strong experience in project management within construction environments Experience managing budgets, scheduling, and subcontractor scopes of work Strong understanding of construction means and methods Experience with project financial tracking and cost reporting Strong communication and client relationship management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Procore, OutBuild, Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills Ability to work onsite in Danvers, MA and relocate if required Work Environment Onsite construction project environments Fast-paced, deadline-driven setting Client-facing leadership role Multi-project coordination responsibility Benefits Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, 401(k), 401(k) Matching, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Professional Development Opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
