Your Day-to-Day Impact Oversee multiple luxury home builds and historic renovations from start to finish Manage estimates, budgets, schedules, and quality control with uncompromising attention to detail Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors and clients to ensure seamless execution Champion safety, compliance, and the highest standards of craftsmanship Build lasting relationships with clients who become raving fans of C2MG Builders What You Bring 5+ years of proven Project Management experience in luxury home building and high-end renovation (historic restoration experience a major plus) Deep knowledge of construction sequencing, subcontractor management, and premium materials Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop teams Exceptional communication skills and a client-first mindset Experience with Buildertrend, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus Alignment with our core values: Tenacity, Extreme Ownership, Grit, Esprit de Corps, Servant Leadership, and Humor A humble, purpose-driven mindset that views building as a way to serve others with excellence and integrity.
