Position Physical Therapist Joy Health Services has a very exciting opportunity for Physical Therapists! We have an immediate opening for a Licensed Physical Therapist (no PTAs, please.) We are a home healthcare agency and we send professionals to the clients' homes to take care of their needs. In this role, home health experience is a must. This is a part‑time position that would work very well with another job because of our flexibility. Besides the primary physical therapy functions, the incumbent is expected to chart patient notes online in a timely manner. There are numerous benefits for this position, including extremely flexible hours, weekly pay, and a generous 401K matching plan after 1 year of service. Travel is expected for this role, but we will reimburse for gas. Vast majority of our clientele lives in the Indianapolis area (within I‑465 loop / Marion County.) Position Requirements 2 pieces of identification (State ID and Social Security Card) Active PT License Current Physical within 6 months 2 Steps of PPD/TB test 1st step within the last year, 2nd step within the last 30 days (Chest X‑Ray’s are accepted also) Clean Criminal Background check Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified / First Aid Drug Screen required This position is currently accepting applications.
