Sourcing Director

The U.S. VJ Sourcing Manager will serve as the dedicated sourcing leader and internal business partner supporting VistaJet sub charter and On-Demand (OD) off-fleet activity across the U.S. market. This role is solely responsible for partnering and oversight of Sales and Client Services team needs to execute tactical sourcing strategies that drive conversion, margin yield, and exceptional client outcomes for VistaJet recovery, proactive off-fleet opportunities, and strategic lift requirements. Responsibilities Serve as the dedicated sourcing business partner to VistaJet Sales and Client Services teams for all VJ sub charter and OD off-fleet sourcing needs. Study process flows with cross functional commercial needs to understand demand trends, recovery opportunities, and proactive off-fleet requirements to ensure optimal supply positioning. Develop and execute sourcing strategies that maximize trip conversion while balancing client experience, aircraft quality, and commercial performance. Commercial Partnership & Tactical Sourcing Leadership Identify, build, and maintain strategic operator relationships to support VistaJet-specific lift requirements. Evaluate supply gaps and proactively secure preferred lift solutions to improve responsiveness, conversion, and reliability. Lead preferred vendor contracting efforts and negotiate strategic agreements aligned to business unit needs. Build a repeatable sourcing playbook around high-frequency trip profiles, regional lift demand, and recovery scenarios. Margin Optimization & Commercial Performance Drive measurable performance against conversion, margin yield, and sourcing efficiency KPIs. Analyze sourcing outcomes to identify opportunities to improve profitability while maintaining premium client delivery standards. Balance cost discipline with service quality to ensure aircraft sourcing decisions align with VistaJet brand expectations. Process Improvement & Systems Leadership Act as a sourcing systems and process improvement leader by identifying operational friction points, workflow inefficiencies, and technology gaps. Partner closely with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to define system enhancements that improve sourcing speed, transparency, automation, and execution quality. Escalate system failures and advocate for scalable tooling that enables more effective sourcing decisions and operational execution. Help establish best practices, SOPs, and process standards for VistaJet sub charter sourcing workflows. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Leadership Build trusted partnerships across Sales, Client Services, Revenue Management, Product, and Sourcing organizations. Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders by educating teams on sourcing capabilities, supply availability, and execution expectations. Foster strong external operator partnerships to ensure consistent service delivery and preferred supplier engagement. Success In This Role Will Be Measured Through VistaJet recovery and proactive off-fleet conversion performance Margin yield improvement and sourcing profitability Preferred vendor utilization and strategic supply coverage Speed and quality of sourcing execution Client experience outcomes and operational reliability Process improvements and system enhancements delivered Team capability development in negotiation and sourcing best practices $130k-150k base + commission Required Skills And Experience 5+ years of experience in aviation sourcing, charter brokerage, operator relations, supply management, or commercial aviation. Strong understanding of private aviation sourcing, subcharter operations, and vendor negotiation. Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and operate as a trusted business partner. Strong analytical mindset with experience managing performance through KPIs such as conversion, margin, and operational efficiency. Experience identifying process gaps and partnering with technology/product teams to implement solutions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
