We are recruiting experienced healthcare professionals on behalf of a respected long-term-care client in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.

Eagle Staffing Company is seeking experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, reliable nursing-assistant care in a long-term-care environment. This role is ideal for a CNA who values resident dignity, teamwork, flexible assignment options, and the support of a responsive recruiter.

Flexible Scheduling and Weekly Pay

• Weekly pay through Eagle Staffing Company
• Starting pay: $23.00 per hour
• Pay increases to $24.00 per hour after 60 consecutive days of on-time attendance with no call-outs
• Shifts begin promptly at 7:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m., or 11:00 p.m.
• Coverage may be requested Monday through Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
• Assignments may be as-needed or part of a four-month or contract block program.

Role Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification in good standing.
• At least two years of long-term-care experience.
• Ability to perform CNA duties safely for multiple residents and complete accurate documentation.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to report to confirmed shifts on time.
• Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania license or certification with successful primary-source verification
• Reference checks from previous assignments
• Pennsylvania Criminal History Record Check (within a year) –
• FBI background check if you have not lived in Pennsylvania for the past two years
• Two-step PPD tuberculosis testing or regulatory equivalent; chest X-ray and influenza vaccination documentation when applicable
• Current CPR certification and successful drug screening
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, positioning, toileting, nutrition, hydration, and personal care within the care plan.
• Observe and promptly report changes in condition, behavior, skin integrity, intake, output, pain, or safety risk to the licensed nurse.
• Obtain and document vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other assigned observations accurately and on time.
• Follow infection prevention, resident-rights, fall-prevention, confidentiality, and emergency procedures.
• Provide respectful, person-centered care and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
