Industrial Engineer

New Bedford, Massachusetts, United States Job Summary The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, compliance reviews and process reviews for pumps, valves, specifications and work done by independent contractors. Duties Design and implement continuous improvement processes to enhance productivity Develop and implement programming for industrial equipment Utilize vision inspection systems to ensure quality standards are met Perform CAM programming for manufacturing processes Apply GD&T principles to optimize product design and assembly Implement Lean manufacturing methodologies to streamline operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues Utilize mechanical engineering principles to improve manufacturing processes Utilize CAD software for design and analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field Proficiency in programming and operating industrial equipment Experience with vision inspection systems and CAM programming Strong understanding of GD&T principles Knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices Ability to assemble and disassemble machinery for process optimization #J-18808-Ljbffr Epec Engineered Technologies
