Lead Stationary Engineer - Boiler Plant

What You Will Be Doing The Stationary Engineer, 2nd Class serves as the engineer in charge, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of high-pressure boiler systems and associated equipment. In this critical role, you will oversee daily boiler plant operations, implementing and enforcing procedures that meet stringent safety standards, regulatory requirements, and manufacturer specifications. You will monitor system performance, coordinate maintenance and inspections, and proactively address operational or safety concerns to maintain optimal reliability. Acting as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, you will ensure full compliance with Massachusetts laws and industry standards while maintaining accurate operational records and logbooks. Through strong communication with facility leadership, you will help drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a culture of safety across the plant.
