About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions. This outside sales role uses modern technology to design, present, and sell products directly in the customer’s home. Your Responsibilities Conduct in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system Design customized bath solutions using proprietary software Present pricing options and close sales consistently Follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and development Educate customers on product features and benefits What We’re Looking For Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Prior in-home sales experience preferred; home remodeling experience is a plus Reliable transportation and local availability required Confident presenting in a one-on-one in-home environment Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly Compensation & Benefits Salary Range (Estimated Earnings): $50,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience and performance) Commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential Earnings are performance-driven with no cap on income Paid training and ongoing support Flexible schedule for high-performing, self-managed professionals Opportunity for long-term growth within the company Join Our Team If you’re passionate about helping homeowners transform their bathrooms and want a career where your effort directly drives your income, we want to hear from you.
