Essential Job Duties: Welcome visitors, sign them in, and direct them to appropriate locations. Keep all company noticeboards updated and accurate. Assist with planning and organizing company events. Answer calls on the designated call list. Mail Handling; collect and maintain access to the company mailbox. Support sales administration by tracking dispatch logs. Maintain and update monthly vehicle mileage logs. Scan incoming bills and forward to AP for payment processing. Order supplies and maintain inventory. Issue and register personal protective equipment (PPE). Provide support to the Sales Administration team. Ensure shared spaces are clean and organized. Complete ad hoc tasks as directed by management. Minimum Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
