This role involves working closely with clients and taking substantial responsibility for sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active Illinois bar admission 8+ years of commercial real estate experience Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills Ability to independently manage transactions while collaborating with attorneys across multiple offices Experience should include Acquisitions and dispositions of commercial real estate assets Real estate financing transactions Due diligence review and analysis Commercial leasing matters Real estate development projects Joint venture transactions Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
