Senior Attorney

Seeking a motivated and talented mid-level to senior-level insurance associate to join our Las Vegas office!! The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience doing insurance defense (premises liability, construction defect, and/or transportation) and is comfortable handling cases semi-autonomously. Great opportunity for client contacts and possible trial experience. Flexibility for in-office and hybrid/remote. Responsibilities Conduct legal research and analysis Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations Work closely with partners and senior associates on case strategy and preparation Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel Manage and prioritize a caseload efficiently Qualifications 5 years of experience in insurance defense (premises liability, construction defect, and/or transportation). Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admitted to the Nevada state bar. Strong research and writing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
