Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $60+ per visit

Position Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health – Weymouth, Massachusetts Responsibilities Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills and identify subtle changes in patient condition. Utilize experience with acute and post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care). Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting. Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring. Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation. Qualifications A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma. At least one year of current or recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care or rehab units. Strong problem‑solving skills in unpredictable home environments. Ability to work independently, make real‑time clinical decisions, and manage a dynamic visit schedule. Comfortable with point‑of‑care documentation and technology, and with providing care in varied home environments. Flexible and adaptable to changing patient needs and schedules.
