Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Admission - $50+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health Admission in Manalapan, New Jersey. This ongoing Staff position covers Monmouth, Middlesex, Somerset, and Union Counties. Responsibilities Perform 1-3 Start of Care visits per day, focusing on 1:1 patient care. Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, interventions, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care. Conduct client assessments, provide education to patients and/or their families, and monitor patients’ condition. Qualifications Current New Jersey nursing license in good standing. At least one year of related experience, preferably in Home Health. Comfortable utilizing an EMR; experience with HCHB is a plus. Experience with OASIS and completing Start of Care visits.
