Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying their specific care needs to tailor appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing emotional challenges related to aging, including anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues.

• Provide educational support to family members and caregivers, offering strategies to improve the emotional well-being and quality of life for seniors.

• Offer specialized grief and loss counseling, guiding clients and their families through end-of-life transitions and bereavement processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to deliver support and counseling to senior clients, who may be facing a variety of challenges, including grieving the loss of loved ones, dealing with life transitions such as retirement or relocation, and navigating age-related health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to new team members.
