Full time | Progressive Staffing LLC | United States Posted On 07/07/2026 Job Information Work Experience 1-3 years Manufacturing City North Tonawanda State/Province New York Job Description QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR (Permanent) Our client, a global manufacturing organization with headquarters in WNY, is looking to add a Quality Control Inspector to their growing team. Responsibilities Inspect and test products/materials throughout various stages in the production process to ensure they meet quality standards Identify and report defects/non-conformities to both management and the production teams Collaborate with production to address quality issues and ensure corrective actions are being implemented Audit manufacturing processes and documents to ensure compliance with quality standards Ensure detailed and up-to-date records are being kept of test results, inspections, defects, and corrective actions taken Participate in the development of quality procedures and protocols Monitor and track quality metrics, providing regular updates to upper management Work well both independently and in a team environment Other duties as assigned/as necessary Details Position is full-time, direct hire 100% in-office Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision (effective day 1), 401k with up to 5% match, PTO, Paid holidays, Safety shoe/glasses annual reimbursement High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years’ experience in quality assurance/inspection in a manufacturing environment Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Experience with trade tools such as calipers, micrometers, and go/no-go gauges Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organization skills and time management skills Strong attention to detail Self-motivated Relocation not available Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available #J-18808-Ljbffr Progressive Staffing LLC
