Title - Field Marketing Specialist

Pay range- $50-63/hr

Job Description:

• Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.
• Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting.
• Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Understands principles of Sales business/revenue/pipeline management. And most importantly a Customer First Mindset.

Qualifications:

• The Field Marketing Executive role works with campaign managers, sales teams, and operations teams to optimize key areas of Demand Generation
• The candidate should have a proven track record of 5-7 years as an Outstanding performer in an IT/ITES organization handling Field, product and or Digital Brand Marketing
• He/she should be capable of rapid learning, ability to stretch and take on complex assignments of significantly larger scope and Exhibit passion, energy and ambition
• Demonstrate self-confidence influencing key stakeholders to get the job done

Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of Modern Marketing technologies and methodologies including:
• Marketing Automation (preferably Eloqua).
• Lead flow automation architecture concepts such as Lead Scoring, triggered campaigns, predictive scoring, propensity modeling
• Microsite & landing page design concepts and technologies
• Audience segmentation analysis and tools
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
