Assistant Kitchen Manager

We’re FRENCH TOAST LLC, a beloved breakfast restaurant located in the heart of New Orleans, LA, and we’re looking for an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead our kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the idea of early/daytime hours, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! What You’ll Do Managing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality. Scheduling staff to meet the needs of our busy breakfast service. Overseeing inventory and ensuring supplies are fully stocked. Working the line and assisting with food preparation. Leading the team with professionalism and fostering a positive work environment. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and leadership to the table. Here’s what we’re looking for: Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a professional cook or chef. Leadership Skills: A strong ability to lead and inspire a team. Work Ethic: A dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in their craft. Flexibility: Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities, from scheduling to working the line.
