Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving school-aged children. This full-time position runs from September 1, 2026, through June 25, 2027, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive educational environment near Hamburg and Springville, NY. Work alongside an experienced and collaborative team with a truly manageable caseload—perfect for both Clinical Fellows and established SLPs.
This role is designed for those with a passion for pediatric speech-language pathology and a desire to provide high-quality care in school settings. If you are enthusiastic about fostering student progress, comfortable with teletherapy, and skilled in delivering interventions that support communication, this position is tailored for you. Competitive pay ranging from $50-$60 an hour reflects your dedication and expertise.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active New York State SLP license or eligibility at the time of hire
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcomed
- Pediatric experience, preferably within school-based or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Conduct therapy both in-person and through teletherapy as needed
- Maintain thorough and timely records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
