BIG PICTURE:
The Founders of Dhar Mann Studios are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and resourceful Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their private residence. This person will take ownership of keeping the home organized, well-maintained, and running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who anticipates needs, catches the details others may miss, follows through without needing reminders, and makes sure things actually get done.

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

• Estate Operations: Oversee day-to-day household and estate operations, ensuring the home is organized, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
• Vendors & Contractors: Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, technicians, and service providers, including scheduling, supervising work, reviewing proposals, and following through to completion.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections across home systems, equipment, and property needs.
• Smart Home Systems: Maintain familiarity with smart-home and lighting systems, including Control4 and Lutron, and coordinate troubleshooting with specialized technicians when needed.
• Household Projects: Manage household projects from start to finish, keeping track of timelines, deadlines, next steps, and open items.
• Tracking & Organization: Maintain organized records for projects, service agreements, warranties, invoices, payments, and vendor information.
• Household Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact between the Founders, household staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Personal Support: Assist with scheduling, appointments, travel preparations, household inventory, insurance matters, and other personal needs as they arise.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify maintenance needs, troubleshoot issues, research solutions, and address problems before they disrupt the household.
• Communication & Discretion: Provide clear updates, follow up without being asked, and handle private and confidential information with complete discretion.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Ideally 5+ years of experience in estate management, private household management, family office operations, property management, luxury hospitality, or supporting a founder, CEO, HNWI, or high-profile family.
• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
• A proactive mindset with excellent follow-through—you take ownership and see things through to completion.
• Confidence communicating with and holding vendors and contractors accountable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to figure things out independently.
• High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a home to a high standard.
• Ability to remain calm and flexible when plans or priorities change.
• Excellent judgment, professionalism, and discretion.

WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:
This is a full-time, primarily in-person position supporting a private residence in Calabasas, CA.

WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility based on household and operational needs. Specific hours will be discussed during the interview process.
