We are a single point of accountability for designing, building, upgrading, and maintaining your networks. No project hands-off minimizes overall development time & cost and maximizes quality control. Our areas of expertise are Site Acquisition, Architecture, Engineering & Design, Project & Construction Management, Installation & Maintenance, Product Sales & Distribution. Purpose and Scope: The Accounting Manager is responsible for the daily activities in the Accounting department. They analyze, record, track and audit financial information. They also manage and motivate accounting staff. Responsibilities: Oversees and manages general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. Schedules and assigns tasks to staff. Assesses current practices and procedures and makes recommendations for improvements. Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions. Develops staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships. Helps with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit. Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closings and reporting. All other duties as require. Education/ Training: Experience working with mutiple divsions within company. Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance. Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and spreadsheets. Experience with MS Dynamics Business Central - Must. Construction industry experience is preferred.
