They seek an Accounts Payable Manager to join their Manhattan, NY office.ResponsibilitiesLead the accounts payable function, overseeing invoice processing, payment workflows, vendor management, and AP operationsManage a team of AP professionals, providing guidance, training, performance feedback, and process oversightOversee high-volume invoice processing, approvals, payment runs, ACH transactions, and vendor reconciliationsEstablish AP policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliancePartner with Accounting, Procurement, Operations, and business leaders to resolve issues and streamline workflowsReview AP aging, accruals, account reconciliations, and reporting to support month-end and year-end close processesMonitor vendor relationships, payment activity, tax documentation, and compliance requirementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred7+ years of accounts payable or accounting experience with prior leadership or management responsibilitiesExperience managing AP operations within a high-volume corporate, real estate, construction, or investment environmentStrong knowledge of invoice processing, payment controls, vendor management, and accounting workflowsExperience with ERP systems such as Yardi, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platformsAdvanced Excel skills with experience analyzing AP data, reconciliations, and operational metricsProven ability to lead teams, improve processes, and implement scalable AP solutionsStrong understanding of internal controls, audit support, and month-end close proceduresTagged as: In-OfficeDate Posted:Posted on August 3, 2026Location:New York, NY, USAJob Title:Accounts Payable ManagerSalary:$120,000 - $140,000
