HR Representative - Employee Services

Job Description

Under general supervision, provides quality initial support services to all HFHS employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. This includes evaluating and analyzing the employee request/concern, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution and/or escalation, and communicating the resolution and escalation to the customer. Assists HFHS employees and managers with basic to moderately complex questions related to Human Resources (HR), Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance and other HR related issues. Maintains accurate documentation within case management system of calls, transactions, and outcomes of issues raised for administrative review and follow up. Assists HFHS employees with basic to moderately complex questions related to employee/manager self-service, intranet, or PeopleSoft utilization. The position requires attention to detail and strong customer service experience.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

QUALIFICATIONS

:

• Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, OR
• Two (2) years of documented HR experience in an employee services or benefits administration role, OR
• Two (2) years of documented customer service experience in a professional support environment
• Two (2) years of demonstrated customer service experience with measurable performance metrics
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (such as PeopleSoft) and case management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to document interactions accurately

 

PREFERRED

QUALIFICATIONS

:

• One (1) year of documented HR experience in payroll, benefits, or employee relations
• Certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP) or customer service excellence
• Demonstrated experience resolving moderately complex employee inquiries with documented resolution rates
